"Voices and memories held in fragments, the sea of Pohang we long to return to"
시민들이 포항 워터폴리를 다시 찾게하는것을 목표로 하는 도시재생형 인터랙티브 미디어아트 프로젝트입니다. 시민들은 포항 바다 앞에 위치한 워터폴리에서 조각(RFID)에 각자의 소원과 목소리를 담을 수 있고, 기억의 단상에 태그하여 그것을 디지털 바다에 표출할 수도 있습니다. 한데 어우러져 유영하는 모두의 감정과 기억 속에서 사람들간의 감성적인 연결을 경험하게 합니다.
This is an urban-regeneration interactive media art project that aims to encourage citizens to revisit Pohang Water Folly. At the Water Folly located by the sea in Pohang, citizens can embed their personal wishes and voices into sculptural fragments embedded with RFID tags. By tagging them on the Platform of Memories, they can also bring those voices and wishes to life in a digital sea. Through the emotions and memories of many people flowing and drifting together, the project offers an experience of emotional connection among participants.
